**House sold as is**Has been a long time rental, seller has never lived in the property & has little info on the condition. Subject to month to month lease agreement if buyers wish to continue the lease, tenants would like to stay. If new owner does not wish to keep tenants then they would need to issue the 30 day notice to tenants. House needs some TLC & is priced accordingly. Please allow time when planning to show, so that proper notice can be given to the tenants. Old fireplace in living room is boarded up. Water heater replaced October 2022 & heat/air gas pack replaced 2021.Seller related to listing agent. Please be careful showing back deck. Enter at your own risk. Tenants have a lot of items in yard and deck condition is uncertain. The tenants have added a room off back of house. Seller makes no claim to that and it will most likely need to be removed or retro permitted by new buyers. Seller accepting cash buyers as condition may prevent loans.
