Build your legacy above the clouds at Sunset Falls, one of Haywood County's most sought-after private gated communities. Lot 22 offers 2.59 acres of elevated mountain terrain - perched above the road for sweeping, multilayered sunset views that stretch across the Blue Ridge Mountains in a way most properties only dream about. This is low-density, high-end mountain living at its finest. Sunset Falls was designed for those who value privacy without sacrificing accessibility, with thoughtfully spaced homesites that preserve the natural landscape and the sense of seclusion that makes this community so special. The HOA is refreshingly minimal - you get the security and standards of a gated community without the overreach. Lot 22 sits above the road, giving it an elevated vantage point that maximizes those iconic layered western views. It's one of the few remaining vacant lots in the community, which makes this a rare opportunity to build in an established neighborhood where most of the best parcels are already spoken for. Bring your architect and your vision. This is the kind of mountain homesite that doesn't come along often - and once it's gone, it's gone.
